It is an essential part in hair care routine. We should care about all the pre steps before taking any further decision. Now we are talking about pre cleansing which is a major challenge for hair care routine.

Here are the some steps which we can follow to clean our hair .

1.Brush or comb your hair to remove tangles and knots.

2.We should avoid any hair accesssssories such as clips.

3.We should avoid combing wet hair.

4.Firstly, dry your hair with towel.

5.We must avoid the use hair drier.


Cleansing

Second step is cleansing which comes after pre cleansing. Cleansing is the basic thing which have done by all of us everyday. Therefore, there are the things which should be added by everybody in their hair care routine.

1.We should not use cold water. It’s unhealthy for our hair and makes hair thin and weak.

2.There are some medical shampoo’s and products available in the market. That all could be use by us according to hair types of individual.

3.Use lukewarm water for hair wash as we all know hot water can damage hair.


Conditioning

After cleansing , the second process is conditioning our hair .

Here are the some suggestions which can be followed.

1.We ca apply a home made hair mask because it is rich in protein and minerals . These things make our hair strong and shines.

2.Apply a conditioner once or twice a weak.

3.Select a protein based conditioner which can reduces hair fall. After applying conditioner leave it for 15-20 minutes as well.

4.We must use hair oil such as ,coconut, olive, mustard, and argan to the ends or scalp.


Detangling hair

This is the major task for every hair care routine. When we wash our hair , we are not careful while solving them by which our hair gets damaged and most of our hairs get broken.

That’s why we must take utmost care of our hair while solving it. We must not lose our caution at all. Now, we will take you along with us in many such ways in which you can take care of your hair.

1.Always use wide tooth comb because due to this our hair never break, and by using the thin comb, our hair get turned upside down due to which they break.

2.We should divide the hair into different sections. We should handle each hair separately. If you do it at once, our hairs break. We should  handle our hair properly.

3.We should never use a hair dryer to dry our hair because turning on the hair dryer ruins our hair due to which our hair starts falling out.

Now the question comes to us about moisturizing our hair. When we have done wash our hair, we have treated them well and have reduces the falling hair. Now the question comes How to moisturize our hair in a better way?

Now let’s talk about how to moisturize our hair in good ways.

We can moisturize our hair in many ways, the first of which is that there are many products available in the market with by which we can moisturize our hair.

But we should not use any market product without consulting a doctor because everyone’s hair is different and everyone’s type of hair is different and everyone’s need of hair is different. Your hair can also break in excessive quantity, if you use products without consulting a doctor. You must consult a doctor.

Another way is to apply oil to your hair. We have to be very careful while applying oil. We have to us good oil in which all the vitamins and minerals are available like coconut oil, Almond oil, and Argan oil e.t.c

We can also adopt our home remedies to make our hair healthy like I can talk about rice water, we will take any white rice, we have to take care that we must not take brown rice because it is unhealthy.

WE have to soak the white rice grains in water at night. We have to keep them in water the whole night. After that, as soon as we get up in the morning, we take out the rice and put its water in our scalp and massage. It will help you to moisturize our hair. You have to use this remedy atleast twice a week for getting better result.

There are many hair treatment but we must choose treatment according to individual’s hair type .

This treatment is very popular and people do this treatment so that, their hair can be straight , smooth and silky .

We should use home made hair mask instead of chemical made hair mask .

3.COLOR TREATMENT

A treatment that involves chemicals for changing our hair color which is also not good for our hair.

So, that is why we should not change the color of our hair. We should love our hair just the way it is and let it remain its natural color.

4.DANDRUFF TREATMENT

This treatment can be useful for us . There is a reason for this because if there is dandruff in our hair, it will start falling out hair, and excess dandruff makes the roots of our hair weak.
